Did anyone else watch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding? In England, we ate up anything Royal Wedding! Thanks to the event, I heard about the American Violet bakery tucked away in a residential pocket of London's East End.

I made a trip out to the cake shop to sample the baked goods Meghan chose for her big day. Both the layer cake and the banana bread were deliciously moist! I definitely will go again when I have the chance.

Found this isolated rooftop café at the Musée Picasso in the Marais, in Paris. It was quiet, and picturesque!

What a gem! The Glyptoteket indoor terrace, overlooking a conservatory of tropical vegetation, is a calm, romantic spot for a coffee. Definitely on my list of places to regroup and soak it all in, when in Copenhagen!

Stopped for fika with fellow Swede Noelle at Fabrique bakery. Originally, this chain of bakeries opened in Stockholm, and now they're taking over London. More cinnamon buns for everyone!
