I just booked tickets Copenhagen! I can't wait - the last time I was there, I loved it so much that I declared it's somewhere I could live. Since then, I've been itching to go back. Honestly, it's got everything - trendy cafés, painfully cool clothes, divine Scandi interior design...
Here are a few places I enjoyed on my last trip. Have you been?
Jægersborggade, Nørrebro
I first heard about this area, Nørrebro, on one of my favourite Scandi blogs. It's a local neighbourhood, where I could easily imagine spending my Sundays strolling between unique boutiques and stylish cafés.
Kompa'9 Café - 1208 k, Kompagnistræde 9
I like to know where I can refuel on my shopping days, and this café was great for just that. Between popping in and out of local design stores, my friends and I stopped at this trendy spot for coffee and avocado sandwiches, during my last visit.
Kødbyens Fiskebar - Flæsketorvet 100
Located in Copenhagen's very own Meatpacking district, this trendy fish restaurant is both a place to see and be seen, as well as to dine on delicious Danish seafood.
Höst, Nørre Farimagsgade 41
Keen to try Nouveau-Nordic cuisine, but not the bravest of souls? Höst is a great entry to this world, with beautiful, delicious local cuisine, that is still accessible. I went for my birthday, and had a great night.
Stilleben - Niels Hemmingsens Gade 3
This design store is a such a treat! It's compact, and packed with lots of Scandi goodies to bring home. Plus, it's just off of the main shopping road, so you don't have to wander far to find it.
Where do you recommend I visit this time around?
